Price

Unless otherwise agreed, the price of goods will be that ruling in Doodlebump’s price list at date of despatch. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.

 

Returns

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your product. However, it may be necessary to return your product to us in some limited circumstances.

As all of our goods are personalised and made to order we regret that we can only accept returned goods in the event of a fault. Please check spellings carefully when ordering. You the Customer are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact Doodlebump should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made. Should you need to return a product due to an error on our part we will exchange or refund the product for you. We will also refund any reasonable associated carriage costs.

In this unlikely event please return the item to us within 10 days with a Return Authorisation Number stuck to the outside of your package. This number can be obtained by contacting us at info@doodlebump.com with your order number and details.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Products are made to order and Doodlebump cannot offer a money back guarantee.

 

Colour Matching

While we try to represent our artwork in the truest way possible, there may be colour variance. Every computer monitor is calibrated differently, therefore it is not possible to be 100% accurate on colour matching when comparing the website images and the final output of the art.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
